Scott Duck Assaulted Or Was He?!

This Was NOT OK!
Scott and Darren were having a couple of beers and some munchies downtown Victoria at Smith's Pub just up from the Wicket.  The pub was shared by a group of nurses of varying ages.  Sitting at the bar, Scott and Darren were visited by one of the forty something nurses.  Not shy, she pressed her breasts against Scott's back and slung her arm around his shoulders then asks "how's he doing".  After the brief contact from the strange unknown woman she returned to her group of friends.  Poutine, and fish and chips were continued to be consumed by Scott and Darren as they shook their heads about the encounter.  A short time later the same woman came back, reached her arm around Scott's waist, slid down between his legs and grabbed his Twig and Berries.  Completely shocked, Scott yelled out and she withdrew her grip.  The group of nurses takes off and is gone down the street.

Now.  Questions being...1.  why did none of her friends, other pub goers, and pub staff not say or do a thing about Scott being assaulted  2.  what would have happened to Scott if he had grabbed her vagina  and 3.  could Scott have punched her in the head as would have happened if he assaulted her in the same manner?  A bad case of what is socially acceptable that a woman can do to a man...definitely!  Scott would have got a beat down, banned from the pub, thrown in jail, and left with an assault charge.  A woman would have turned around and  slapped a man across the head.  Whereas Scott would have been charged if he had punched her in the head after she assaulted him.

This incident actually really upsets me and she should have had her face bashed in!  I do not understand why this passed as acceptable by all of the people that were in the pub.  It was very clear that Scott did not know her.  Is this something that a woman thinks a man wants and therefore it is OK?  A man would never have gotten away with sexually assaulting or violating a woman in the manner in which Scott experienced.

  1. Rebecca Biffard says: "This makes me' so angry! That women should be charged with sexual assault, or at least harassment. Scott should report her to the police - and if they don't treat it the same as if the genders were reversed then we should go to the media. She is a nurse, in a caring job and she violated him! I guess the difference is women hardly ever become violent when they commit harassment, but that doesn't change the fact that she groped him."

Copied comment from Facebook because I totally agree with Becca.
